KHODORKOVSKY’S RETURN

by Cyril Tuschi

SYNOPSIS

In 2011, director Cyril Tuschi presented a film that explored the reasons why Mikhail Khodorkovsky became Vladimir Putin’s personal prisoner. Now that he has been released – Tuschi revisits his protagonist in exile. He addresses questions which remained unanswered in his first film – and follows how Khodorkovsky copes with his new role as an exile. Will the ex-oligarch be able to gain influence over his home country from his post in exile?
